BOUND

Derby Public Schools utilizes a streamlined platform for all athletics and activities management. All secondary schools will use BOUND for registration, ticketing and scheduling. As part of this transition:

  • Final Forms will no longer be used for registration (physicals)
  • GoFan will no longer be used for online ticketing
  • rSchool/Activity Scheduler will no longer be used for schedules

All student athletic participation at the secondary level is governed by the rules and regulations of the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA). All students wishing to participate in sports must create an account and sign all documents, including the KSHSAA Physical Examination form, Concussion Information form, and the Code of Conduct. This is located on the enrollment web page or on the BOUND website. School year physicals can be completed anytime after April 1, 2026.

To get started with BOUND, please visit the BOUND website. Select Registration. You will be prompted to add your child(ren) and they will receive an invite to complete their account upon your parent/guardian registration. 

During the sport registration process, you will be prompted to provide contact details, sign necessary documents and upload physicals. If you do not have a physical available immediately, you may return to the portal to upload it at a later date; however, all physicals must be submitted before the first day of participation in the respective sport.

The move follows a January 2026 decision by the Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail League (AVCTL) and Wichita Suburban League (middle schools) to transition league scheduling and management from rSchool to BOUND. Many Kansas schools and leagues have already made the switch, including the Wichita City League, Sunflower League, Western Athletic Conference, and Eastern Kansas League. For Derby, moving to one platform provides a more streamlined experience while also reducing costs.
