Ahead of the 2026-2027 school year, Derby Public Schools is moving to a new streamlined platform for all athletics and activities management. All secondary schools will use BOUND for registration, ticketing and scheduling.

As part of this transition:

• Final Forms will no longer be used for registration
• GoFan will no longer be used for online ticketing
• rSchool/Activity Scheduler will no longer be used for schedules

All student athletic participation at the secondary level is governed by the rules and regulations of the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA). All students wishing to participate in sports must create an account and sign all documents, including the KSHSAA Physical Examination form, Concussion Information form, and the Code of Conduct. This is located online at at www.derbyschools.com/enrollment or on the BOUND website. School year physicals can be completed anytime after April 1, 2026.
